We meet Tuesday-Seneca Park and Thursday-Beckley Creek to practice at 8:00 am until school begins! Thankfully, the morning is much cooler than afternoon. Runners will be able to adjust gradually to afternoon practices. The following is a list of Saturday practices and locations:
